Holding onto things that you've let go. Part of me just wanted you to know. If our footsteps never got lost in the distance, the scenic view of our breath wouldn't get lost in this skyline. And if our hearts could spin backwards in our chests, maybe we could go back in time and twist everything like we never existed. We never existed at all. So I'll shed one tear, watch it fall and disappear. Hold my head within my hands, find someone else who understands. This is written in testament to your undivided abandonment. The absence of your eyes is sending chills right down my spine. I always knew this wouldn't last, in the back of my head, it was gone so fast. Spin the scenario over again. With the ink spilling from this pen, I'll write our goodbyes in blood with an oath to never think of you again.
